Where you reach each extension's settings.
Apps is a launcher — a grid of tiles, one per analytics extension, that takes you to that extension's own settings page. It doesn't have settings of its own.
Today, Rate Analysis and Load Research are live links here. Everything else in the grid is a dimmed preview of an extension that isn't available yet — see Analytics Extensions for what's actually usable.
