A quick tour of DPU's main screens.
New to DPU? Here's the fastest way to get oriented.
Check the Dashboard
Start at the Dashboard — a single-page overview of active meters, total consumption, read availability, and open exceptions for the current or prior month. It's read-only, but it's the fastest way to tell whether anything needs your attention.
Look up a meter or reading
Use Meters to search or browse your meter inventory, or Meter Reads to look up a specific service point's readings over a date range — interval and register reads, with drill-down into individual readings. See Exploring Your Data.
Review open exceptions
If the Dashboard shows open exceptions, head to Exceptions to review them — flagged reads grouped by customer, meter, and validation rule, with tools to accept, estimate, edit, or mark them invalid. See Managing Exceptions.

Depending on your account, you may have access to Rate Analysis, Load Research, or Data Quality — see Analytics Extensions.
