Rate Analysis
Classify and analyze customers by rate category.
Rate Analysis is a classification layer over your consumption data — it groups customers by rate category so you can see how your customer base breaks down and export the results.
What you can do
- View how customers are distributed across rate categories.
- Look up analytics for a specific customer or group of customers.
- Export the currently filtered results to CSV for use elsewhere.
Configuring categories
Rate categories and the groupings used to classify customers are configurable from Configure → Apps → Rate Analysis. Saving a change there automatically triggers a rebuild, so your analytics reflect the new grouping without a separate publish step.
