Exploring Your Data
Dashboard
A single-page overview of your account's health.
The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in — a read-only, at-a-glance summary of the current or prior month.
What's on it
- Active Meters — a current count, with a comparison against the same point last month and a daily trend line.
- Total Consumption — total energy for the period, a day-normalized comparison against the prior period, and a daily-average figure.
- Register Read Availability and Interval Read Availability — a daily heat strip showing what percentage of expected reads actually arrived each day (green ≥95%, amber ≥85%, red below that).
- Open Exceptions — a daily heat strip of exceptions raised versus resolved, with a link straight into the Exceptions screen. This card hides itself automatically if Data Enrichment is turned off and there's nothing open.
A small "Updated X ago" indicator shows when the underlying data last refreshed.
What you can do
Switch between This Month and Last Month, hover any bar or day for exact numbers, and jump to Managing Exceptions from the Open Exceptions card. There's no search, filter, or export here — the Dashboard is meant purely as a quick health check before you dig into a specific screen.
