Exploring Your Data
Meter Reads
Look up readings for a specific meter or service point.
Meter Reads is where you look up the actual readings for one service point (SDP) — interval (AMI) reads, register reads, or both — over a date range.
The three views
- Overview — a chart of readings aggregated by granularity (interval, daily, weekly, or monthly), optionally colored by read status or by time-of-use tier, with Total / Average / Peak summary stats. Click a bar to see the individual readings behind it; click one of those to see that specific reading's full status history (validation, estimation, scaling, and so on).
- Details — a flat, sortable table of raw reads: timestamp, SDP, meter, interval, value, unit, and a status badge (Valid, Invalid, Gap, Estimated, Scaled, Edited, Exception, and others — hover any badge for what it means), plus a data quality flag. Toggle between interval reads, register reads, or both.
- Trend — a time-series line chart with optional historical and temperature overlays.
Looking something up
Use the shared filter bar — an autocomplete SDP search, a date range picker, and a channel selector (pairing a register code with its interval code) — to scope any of the three views to the meter and period you care about.
Exporting
Details exports to CSV, and the Overview chart exports as PNG or PDF; Trend exports to CSV. All exports are capped at 10,000 rows — above that, the screen will point you to Exports instead of trying to export directly from your browser.
